You are free to use then contents of these files in any of your artworks, as long as you are not publishing the original artwork, or something very similar as your own and as long as the project is not a commercial project.
In short, simple terms, you have full artistic freedom to do what you want with these files, just don't try to sell them or publish them as your own content.
